I had some really loopy ideas when I first sat down to think about what I should say! It would have been a real disaster if I had just used my initial ideas, so thankfully I saw sense. I required a lot of assistance, initially, to understand Groom speeches and what exactly goes into making a successful one.

One really good idea is to incorporate the story about how you first met your lovely Bride. Then I would suggest that you spend a moment to share a little about your family and the importance of them in your life. Whilst your Wedding is a key day in the lives of you and your Bride, it is also an important moment in that of your families too. This is a great opportunity to really show them how much you care about them and that they still have a major role to play in your new lives.
Remember, the Wedding Day symbolises the love and commitment to your bride, but it is also about family and the love for them and friends around you. To be honest, I was really nervous about the wedding speech, but it didn’t take me long to realise that the best Groom speeches always include these element, because they have been proven to work! You can please everybody if you’re careful!
